Also features an educational coaching program called One Step Ahead, which works with individuals during life transitions such as high school graduation, starting/graduating college, athletes entering new stages of their lives, and young adults entering new careers.
Anyone can participate in this program regardless of their location.

Psychotherapy services, including individual and family therapy are
offered in the states of Colorado, Florida and Oklahoma

Specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem/confidence, and life transitions

Primary populations: college students, athletes, and young adults

Fees: Sessions start at $140. Limited sliding scale spots available. Superbills available upon request.
