One Step Ahead: an educational program that works with individuals during life transitions (graduation, new career, marriage, etc). Available to anyone regardless of location

Specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem/confidence, and life transitions

Primary populations: college students, athletes, and young adults

Fees: Sessions start at $140. Limited sliding scale spots available. Superbills available upon request

Insurance: Aetna & Cigna accepted in FL and OK United Health Care (Optum) insurance is ONLY accepted in Oklahoma. Currently NO insurance is accepted in Colorado
